Christmas party bookings 2021

This set menu is available in our Private Dining Room from December 1st for groups of 9 up to 14.

Credit card details and a £10 per head deposit are required to book, and we would request a pre order back from the party organiser by the last week of November.

Christmas Menu 2021 -£60 per person



Chopped venison tartare, reindeer moss, pickled shimeji, redcurrant.

Roasted Jerusalem artichoke, vanilla & miso duck egg yolk, cedro, crispy skins. (v)

Warm game terrine, pickled shimeji mushroom, duck ham dashi.

Spicy chalk stream trout cerviche, keta, tomato water & micro herbs.


Braised Shh’aanu hogget, lamb fat potato, turnip puree, haggis sauce.

Swede & turnip pave, celeriac tea smoked with hay, celeriac & wasabi remoulade. (v)

Spiced confit duck leg, beetroot, kohlrabi, fennel pollen, grand veneur sauce.

Cornish cod, mussel kievs with smoked garlic butter, kale furikake, mussel butter emulsion.


Walnut brownie & stilton ice cream sandwich, trompette mushroom.

Clementine custard tart, clementine-ade sorbet, crème fraiche, comfits.

Spiced madeleines, vanilla butterscotch sauce.

Selection of British cheese, pickled walnut, muscat grape.
