       Please note this menu must be selected by all guests at your table & cannot be selected alongside the a la carte menu under any circumstances.

 

Venison gyoza, egg yolk, pickled shiitake, Asian slaw, consommé.

Treacle cured chalk stream trout, Hampshire wasabi, kohlrabi, buttermilk, ponzu.

Halibut, mussels, Jerusalem artichoke, squid ink, sea vegetables.

Squab pigeon, crispy leg, offal, heritage carrots, red cabbage, seed crumble.

Pigs blood bavarois, macaroon, meringue, blood orange.
