Due to the popularity of our 9 course offal themed tasting menu in April, we will be running a tasting menu on the first Tuesday of each month in our Private Dining Room, starting in June!
The menu will contain dishes from the current a la carte menu and will be available with an optional wine pairing with each course.
Seating will be at 7 pm prompt with an option to arrive from 6.30pm for drinks.
Bookings must be made by phone or in person.
Credit card details and a deposit are required to secure your place.

Mushroom & ramson gyoza, shitake, mooli, cured yolk, vegetable consommé.
Treacle cured chalk stream trout, buttermilk, soy kohlrabi, lemongrass & ginger.
Iberico pork terrine, white pudding, cider onion, trotter jelly, puffed skin, hazelnut granola.
Lemon sole, Jersey Royals, sea kale, courgette, tapenade.
Duck breast, leg, heart, Heritage beetroot, gooseberry, duck skin.
Birchwood pannacotta, pigs ear crumble, waffle, Granny Smith, birch sap ice cream.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to each bill, this charge is entirely optional and goes directly to the staff.
