Tasting Menu Tues 3rd July

Here is our next tasting menu that will be available in our Private Dining Room on Tuesday 3rd of july.

The menu will contain dishes from the current a la carte menu and will be available with an optional wine pairing with each course.

Seating will be at 7 pm prompt with an option to arrive from 6.30pm for drinks.

Bookings must be made by phone or in person.

Credit card details and a deposit are required to secure your place.

Tasting Menu for July 3rd (£75 per person)





Frogs legs, snails, carrot, green beans, wild garlic, tapioca.


Quail breast, leg, liver mousse, quinoa, grapes, Minus 8 dressing, toasted seeds.


Red mullet, sea beet bubble & squeak, clams, samphire, seaweed tapioca, cherry tomatoes.


Elwy lamb, peas & beans, asparagus, curd, nettle, fat potato.


Pre – dessert


Chocolate pavé, forest fruits, meringue, pigs blood ice cream.
